During the 1.5 to 2-hour ORIGINAL Scootours, you will have the exciting opportunity to freewheel down two off-road tracks.
The first track begins at the top of Signal Hill and descends all the way into Bo Kaap.
After completing the first track, our vehicle will pick you up in Bo Kaap and transport you to Table Mountain for the second run down the lower slopes of this world-famous landmark.
Activity Description
A Unique way to Experience Cape Town’s Table Mountain. This 5 km track will take you on an adventurous off road track down the side of Signall Hill into Bo Kaap. The Experience continues as you are transported to Table Mountain for your final run down a single track off this world famous land mark!
Starting at the Table Mountain Info Office, the Lower Parking Area just off Kloof Nek Road.
After guests are kitted out with their helmets and gloves they get transported to the top of Signal Hill for their 1st Downhill Run. The trip is not only fun but also informative as the guides will keep you entertained with info about the area as you go.
Our driver will then pick you up in Bo Kaap and take you to the main downhill run from which is from Table Mountain Dead Man’s tree all the way down to Deer Park where the driver will pick you up again and take you back to the starting point at Lower Table Mountain.
Arrangements
Duration: 2 hrs
When: Mondays – Saturday at 10:00 / 12:30 / 15:00.
Where: Table Mountain Lower Parking Area just off Kloof Nek Road
Weather: Mildly weather dependant
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes, closed shoes and a warm jacket.
Things to Bring: Sunglasses, camera, some sunscreen, warm top, water and cash.
Guests or Spectators: Only paying guests will be allowed on the tour.

Minimum Age: 4 years
Fitness Level: Mild Fitness Requirement
Experience Level: You have to be able to ride a Bicycle to participate in this activity.

Notes
- Children older than 10 can drive their own Scooter.Children between 4 and 9 will go as passenger with parent.
